From starting babies to grand prix, our knowledgable training team and hard working staff bring the best out of each horse and rider team, helping you and your horse to achieve the goals you set.

We attend local & out of state shows from schooling level - AA Rated.
Students of HEF have qualified for West Coast Medals, won many year-end Championships, and consistently place high in large classes at A shows in the Jumpers, Hunters, and Equitation/Medals divisions. Their hard work and dedication shows when they step into the ring.

With only 24 full training stalls, we endeavour to keep our operation small to ensure that everyone receives personal attention to their needs and goals. Please call us to enquire on stall availability and to discuss your training needs. We can help you to tailor a program to fit your busy life style.

Training Programs are tailored to fit the needs of
each horse and rider. 



 We offer training in Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation. 

Full Training includes five days a week of handling. Training rides as needed and up to four lessons per week for rider. Horse is schooled in Pessoa training system as needed. Training also includes coordination of veterinary and farrier visits. Our boarding already includes many services for our clients. Please see the boarding page for more information.

Half Training Available

Again, each program is tailored to fit the needs of you and your horse.

HEF is proud to offer our Training and Riding students on site personal training from certified trainer Melanie Hopp. As riders, you are athletes too! Melanie is helping serveral HEF riders (And parents!) with a workout and diet program to enhance their performance in the ring, and in life.
